um im only guessing but id say there bout 3-4 kg
they were farley stiff when i used em but no where near as stiff as my coil overs.but then again i did use standard shockers with em

update: i have all four heavy duty king springs for sale 2.5in lower than standard.they have been compressed by industrial springs as king springs only offer 1.5in lower springs.good condition only used for a couple of months want $250.

these most probably *won't* fit ke70 struts ...
2 types of ke70/ae71 struts ... one has constant diameter spring, one has reduced bottom coil (just like ae86).
have a look at your existing, if it has the smaller coil at the bottom, they should fit. If you have constant coil diameter then these won't fit.

about the ae86 springs fitting a ke70, wats the deal? do u mean that if the spring is x diameter and then reduces to y diamter they will fit? does this apply to front back or both? thanx for the info cus i was convinced that they wuld fit.
wat shuld i be looking for to fit my ke70?

ke70 and ae71 came with 2 different front springs. one with constant diameter, the other with the reduced diameter bottom coil. The ones with the smaller bottom coil are the same as the ae86 ones.
so - you need to check the struts in your car to see which ones you have (for example: I have the constant diameter).
the rears should be common and fit both ae86 and ke70/ae71 so far as I know.
hint: check out the king springs website or other spring manufacturers ... they'll list the same part number for rears on ae86 and ke70, and two possibles for ke70 fronts - depending on the coil shape.

i have put the rears in already./.. and it looks great.
I will put the fronts in tomorrow.. so for now its driving around like a real bogan- with the ass dumped and the front high as the tree tops..
