turbo exhaust manifold
dump pipe
probably a whole new exhaust
n/a inlet manifold
turbo probably a s15 t28
oil lines
water lines
440cc injectors if you plan to make over 150 rwkw's
upgraded fuel pump
gaskets
oil cooler
i/c piping
tuning
a return hole in the sump for the turbo

thats all i can think of right now

ohh yeah lots of time and money you can probably do it for 3k if you can do most of the work yourself and your not chasing mega power

the oil return from the turbo should be seperate to the oil cooler line and straight to the sump. at least a 5/8 pipe.
