Twin turbo soarer not revving past 2 grand

Anyone come accross this problem before?
Tried the usual..plugs,fuel,sensors etc thought I'd ask you guys.
No matter what you do it won't rev past 2 G?????

so the speed limiter or rev limiter kicks in at 2G? must be something with the way it is wired. ecu prob ect. look like it will have to be something in the rev limiter if it will change gears. there may be an easy way to disconnect it.

throttle body clean?

Have you tried to pull the codes off the ECU?

ey dude i had the same problem with my 3tgte....jus wouldnt rev past 2 grand...try taking the tps plug off...i did that on mine and it revs no worries...so faulty tps...or computer....or even ur afm......
