hey all
i just bought my self a 4agte import..
At the moment i have a silvertop 20v.
i no this has been asked a million times but i stil wanna get the perfect answer
OK i wanna put my 20v head onto my gze block.
How can i keep my quad throttle body's???
how do i work out how big my custom plemem chamber should be?
If i bolt my 20v head onto the gze block without no work done to it will it be ok?
SO can we also answer this question
I bolt my 20v head on the gze block, get custom plenum chamber and hook it all up Will it run??? if yes how good if no what mods should i do to my head to make it better...
Sorry for the questions..
Thanks

using the search button would help....
other than that i didnt know there was a 4agte import i think you mean 4agze...
I belive there is issues with using the 20v head on the gze bottom end as there may be issues with the valve recesses in the piston
if you put the 20v head on the gze you will definatley be able to use the quads.
why bother with a custom plenium when you could just use the 20v one..

hey
yeh it has been converted to turbo
nah ive read alot about the recesses in the pistons there only there to prevent damage if ya timeing belt breaks..
The reason im thinkning of custom plenum chamber is with turbo you need more room and speed velocity for the boost...
And i dont think the plenum chamber on the 20v is a seal unit..
Im not sure though so yeh...

i dont know about you but to me thats a good thing it keeps the motor non interference if the belt breaks you might well end up having to replace the head and a few pistons

Just an idea but you could buy some 20v pistons to use with the 20v head if your concerned about interference? Not sure if it work but its an idea
