Advice on 2002 Celica Body kit

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on body kits for a 2002 Celica. What I need is a rims upgrade from a R15 to a R17, side skirts and front and rear body kits, possibly exhaust tips, depending on how much money is left.
Need advice on who I should get it done by. Currently located in Melbourne, so local is always better, but would not mind travelling for a good deal if the resulting look is great. Budget is about $3,000. Thanks.
Cheers,
Jon

what model 2002 celica is it? sx or zr, i've always liked the ZR body kit, if you don' thave that already, you probably can get it from a toyota place/dealer to help you out with that, and rims for about 1000-1500, depending on style and quality, leave about 1500 for the zr body kit, not sure how much roughly, but probably less then aftermarket ones.
Or you could go all out with the body kit and get a veilside kit, and keep the stock rims which would look wierd.

ST162GT-R, the budget is flexible, there are alot of nice rims out there and easily available. More concern with the body kit which I know next to nothing about. It is not my Celica, but belongs to a friend of mine. You mentioned a veilside kit, where can I get pictures of that. Do you know of any websites that show pictures of after market body kits or any local specialist who do after market body kits for the Celica. Thanks heaps.
Cheers,
Jon

jon here is the site for veilside http://veilside.com/veilsideusa/frames.html
i must warn you that veilside is very expensive, this particular model celica 2002 have alot more varieties then any other celica made i believe though (anyone can correct me at any time). But there are other body kits other then the veilside one, check your local body kit shops, your in melbourne so i have no idea where you'd look, but i'm sure other dudes here can help with that.
