clock surround is $13 brand new from toyota
console lid is $40 brand new from toyota

clock surround is more like $25 retail

and console lid is more like $55

i bought mine about a month ago, with receipts saying they are $13 and $45

i have toyota's microcat system installed on my work pc, and im able to check their prices for any toyota part, and that also says $13 and $45

blue clock surround part number: 55478-12040-04
console lid part number: 58951-12101

any toyota dealer should be able to get these parts, i got mine from glen waverley
