The relevant area of law would be Contract law, I specialise in Property law and Probate so you'd probably be better off talking to someone else who specialises in Contract law or else speak to the Department of Fair Trading.

For the record Merudo Fines and Infringements isn't a specific area of law Rolling Eyes that would fall under Criminal law.

Actually I think fines and infringements come under the heading of extortion and probably rackteering.
