The 'best' spring rate will depend on the rest of your vehicle configuration, your application and your preferences for the vehicle's behaviour.

ok going to be a drift track car with a fairly hard suspension that is fairly low aswell
wont be used on the street much
for medium to high speed drifting.

what you recommend
