this vid was made by Chris Cunningham, most famous for his music video work (come to daddy by aphex twin, a couple of bjork songs and many more)
it's called 'rubber jonny' (www.rubberjohnny.tv). i wasn't impressed with it at all tbh, being a huge fan of some of his other work. the song is called AFX237 V7 from the album 'drukqs' if anyone is interested..
