hey guys..i spoke to toyo spares yesterday about a half cut for my corona and he told me that if i use a rt142 cross member it should bolt straight up..and that i should use ra60 front brakes and a rt142 corona irs lsd diff..does all this sound correct..he has a half cut there which is a gen 3 1ggte that he wants 2500 for..does this sound ok?its got 100000 kays on the clock..thanks for your help

make sure it's manual for that price. And also make sure it's a Gen III. You'll need a bit more stuff then that for a prober conversion.

eg.

1. Efi fuel tank. rt142 or MZ20
2. Custom tailshaft.
3. Custom engine mounts.
4. New brake lines since st141 rears have drums not calipers.

Anyone please tell me if i'm wrong. Smile

ra60, calipers are a good upgrade for a st141.

Also find out if the engine has a front sump otherwise you'll need to get one.

There is alot of information on this conversion, have a search and you should find everything you need Smile

i got told that i shouldnt need custom mounts if i use the rt142 cross member..and the tail shaft should be the right length. is this true??
