Just like a KE70, except has a 4A-C instead of a 3K. Also has a hydraulic clutch....umm, I think thats about it?

the bad is the original engine is a peice of thirsty crap, the good news is something decent bolts in

AE71s have got the shovel nose headlights, like later KE70s also had. Sure a 4AG bolts in easier, but all the parts swap over to a KE70 as well.
Oh, there's 1.6 badges on the guards...

Only way I can tell the difference between a late KE70 and an AE71.
AE71s are sweet. Sprinter in sheeps clothing.

Maybe different gears, but they've all got the rotten little bogwarmer piece of junk - always noisy, and breaks like a pretzel.
