if youre using xp you need to turn on international encoding and language options..

in your regional and language options in control panel tick both the boxes in there to view left to right text types like arabic.. and east asian language support..

then page loads itll ask for japanese, it should auto install and voila..

EDIT: and ROFL at that Hachi!
