Not all that rare...Whilst mine never had ABS to begin with (being a series 1), the cruise (like everything else) was made to work as per standard - even the auto...no mean feat when you're using after-market engine-management. (Still hasn't helped in selling it - even after 8 months).

Still, sounds like you've put the kind of effort in to it which we did into ours...Good luck with the sale.

(One word of warning, however: Don't expect the majority of respondents here to be in any way "serious buyers" )
