Recaro SR3 AE86 Question Tue, 26 July 2005 13:07 Go to next message
Hey Guys,

Does anyone know how hard it is to get a Recaro SR3 seat into an AE86? There is this one for sale that im very interested in that has SW20 rails on it. Does anyone know if it will fit? If not how would I get it in there?

This is the one im interested in. http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=msg&t h=75721&start=0&rid=11322&S=52d0dbd708 018b7488e70172d05e8d78

I'm fairly sure that Bride rails (RO type) to suit the Ergo IIs & Brix IIs also suit Recaro S-series.

And bride rails for AE86s are a dime a dozen on yahoo japan, seriously. I wouldnt' bother mucking around adapting the SW20 rails - sell those to someone with an Sw20, buy some AE86 rails to suit the seat, and should be plug & play.
