i deal with chinese and taiwanese suppliers all day at work, so what im giving is a pretty accurate version of what i would get from a supplier if they were selling me turbos.....

You bought it from Jetspeed, didn't you?
This looks like one of the ones that's based on KKK components - not half as dodgy as the other crap going around. These ones are actually balanced properly and use decent bearings.
