hmm...nice dash...for a showoff..
angel eyes tho...made up a pair for my car...to go with the stock reflector headlight...(not projector)
alls u need to do is get some hex shaped (or round) clear plastic rod...
maybe 6-10mm dia.
heat it up in the oven...or other reliable heat source...then wrap it around a glass jar of correct dia. (or other solid round object)
cut to size, cut marks in the back of the rod, then drill mounting holes for some LED lights...wire em up, and fit to the car...
i would have done this...cept was gonna be way too hard to get em mounted solidly...awesome idea tho...

the angel bit is only ever for the parkers...they use LED lighs to "light" em up...no way they would ever/could ever be used as headlights...
if they are...someone did a majoryly reduced job on the wiring have only ever seen angel eyes used on projector headlamps tho...(for aftermarket items)
and yeah...100% legal. provided that they emit white light...or wateva other colours are legal for the front of ur car...
BMW "invented" the idea...and ppl caught on...

SAE/DOT approved.. so thats US DOT? the US approves some fucked up shit, so it doesn't mean it's either good or legal in this country..
oh, and make sure you get headlights for RHD cars, not LHD
sure they look ok on the BMW, but they would look stoopid on a corolla... my 2c

They are fully legal.. They are only PARKING lights, so if you drive with them on ONLY in the dark, more fool you. They AREN'T Driving lights.
Have a look at a 5 series BMW. They come standard with angle eyes. All of them.
