Looking for good cleaning solution to clean rocker cover and intake manifold

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you out there could recommend a good solution to use to clean my rocker cover and intake manifold. I've heard of solutions where you just mix it with water and let it sit for a few hours and bits come out sparklingly new.

i cleaned my engine bay up with a bit of bug and tar remover came up great, just tidied up around the filler cap and it worked so if you had the rocker cover off it'd be piss easy to clean with it.
