I have a Brand New in the box Adjustable Fuel Pressure reg , its a,Malpassi Adj Rising Rate Pressure Reg Turbo, I was going to put it on my 1J, but have no need for it .

Nope you wouldn't put it on an NA car. It adjusts the fuel pressure too far to be suitable for an NA.
