Grant... that's a nice badge, however it is the incorrect one for the RAx series Celicas.

Like I said, photo too dark to see it. I also have a GTV badge that is sitting on a RA23/28 GT grill but would have to think if I wanted to sell it.

Sorry for jumping the gun Normo.
As Grant said Normo... that's what eBay is all about.
But I would rather make sure it is going to a good home. Most of the grilles I have seen go for around the $200 mark. Some with badge some with out.

Thanks for the link. Not sure If I will sell the badge or the whole grill. I was going to use it but picked up an ST honeycomb grill yesterday in perfect condition and I may use that instead. If I do I'll let you know.

Yeh no worries, Ive got copies of the old italic GT badges front and back on their way,so ill keep you all updated,apparently the rear GTV is next on the list but he doesnt have a front to copy sooo we ll just have to wait..Im also organising getting that one off yahoo now im guna have to get another forking grill

whouuha I love these thread
I have in my colection of GT grills and badges also the GTV version but my front emblem is a bit diffrent like the one now in auction , I belive these is for an late version because there is not much croom on the emblem mine haves more croom and it's for earlyer types , mine GTV badge sit's on a TA-22 grill
I also have the rear badges new in box in colection
If I can send my picture to someone to post it here I will da that

I had intresd in that car to it was on yahoo japan but I bought just 1week before that my '71 GT

A few more items from Toyoke...
Late model GTV Grill
and also...
1972 - 1973 TA22 GT Front Badge. This badge was also meant to sit on the Japanes plastic honeycomb grill as it comes with this mounting bracket also.

well I have good news
for those that want and need GT(V) badges that I have in my collection
I will make copies of them in fiberglass but you need to paint it by youre self
and drill 2 little holes at rear and you can srew them on the grill that you have
these progress will thake some time (weeks )
to start it and make a stock of badges
these is I belive the only good way to have them cheaper as the prices that they goes in auctions around the world
