F/S 1994 Sinlge Turbo Toyota Supra converted from n/a Sat, 13 August 2005 06:41 Go to next message
EDIT: made some changes to the post to clearly state that this car has been converted from N/A to TT with a single turbo conversion.

Reluctantly, i have to sell my car now or within a coupel of months, due to me going overseas at the beginning of next for a while.
so, i am putting my baby up for sale.
lots of work, heartache, shits and giggles have gone into this car.
(this car has been usd to be an N/A converted to TT with a single turbo)
some things have to be altered on her but nothing major that will cost alot of money.
will be asking 34/5k ono if i get it all fixed but will sell her for 32 as is.
all that needs to be fixed is the front bar to be resprayed, air con regassed and tacho adaptor fitted.
the car has travelled 132,XXX km's but the engine has done under 75,XXX km's. how do i know on the k's you ask? because i wrote off another supra with this engine/gearbox in it.
Stenno(supra forums member) an I took apart the engine (not all of it) and she was very clean.

here are the mods she has;

from n/a to TT -

TT engine
6 speed box
T70 turbo (apparently for volvo deisil trucks)-(mechanic checked up the serial numbers)
46mm wastegate
S/S manifold
hybrid cooler 600x300x100
half ARC/half custom cooler pipes
HKS blowoff valve with hardpipe
3" custom dump pipe
wastegate pipe routed back into the dump pipe
Apexi GT Spec exhaust (which has now been chopped to fit better due to getting defected for sitting too low.....cops have nothing better to do)
n/a 6 speed diff for quicker spool up
boost guage
dual stage boost controller (yet to be put in)
Bomex front bar (yet to be painted)
exhaust heat wrap
custom 4" intake pipe
K&N filter- 1 for intake - 1 for air idle
oil catch can
braided oil lines
strut brace
lowered king springs
18x9 all round chromies with 235's front and 265's back
supra emblam cut out on spark plug cover
Pioneer Head-deck
6 Disc Changer
Pioneer 6-half inch front splits
10 inch Cerwin Vega Subs
Crossfire Amplifier
silver dash surround kit
plus, bit and pieces replaced to new like cam cover gaskets, gearbox control thingy and a few other things that come to around $1000.

on 12lb of boost is putting 345hp down to the ground. should have plently to spare.
pics...

http://tinypic.com/view.html?pic=5x68o7
http://tinypic.com/view.html?pic=5x6c0g
http://tinypic.com/view.html?pic=5x6am0
im thinking of tidying the engine bay up a bit more, so if i do then ill add more pics of it.

PLUS, ill throw in all the spares i have in the garage for free too.
im guessing everything i have would come to a total of around $2000 for free.
just to name a few...
n/a radiator
n/a exhaust
abs system with hard lines
cradle for diff
control arms
space saver tyre
and other bits and pieces

so the car as is for $32k (not negotiable) and every spare part i have for free.

please no tire kickers, if anyone comes and look at the car, ill decide on the day whether you can test drive it or not. if not, ill take you for a drive.
pm me if interested.
als my email addy is jsim666@yahoo.com.au

thanks
jamie...

you know what, from reading your replies, im guessing that most people on this site will be 20 and under.
isnt it obviuos that where i say-

here are the mods she has;

"from n/a to TT -

TT engine
6 speed box
etc"

that she has had the engine replaced from an N/A engine to a TT engine.
im not even going to read the replies on here. if you want to contact me then email or pm me. dumb comments like skellator made, makes it absolutely useless to trying to sell something.
grow the fuck up and use that thing inside your skull!!!

what i did was copied and pasted from another site where they all know whats been done to the car. so i guess i should have re-written it out...well the first part anyways.

He's saying it was N/A to begin with and then he's done all the modifications to bring it up to TT spec and then used a single turbo setup -- which is very common for supras with 450hp+.

EDIT: looks like I should've read the whole thread Razz
