All AE86's come with 4A's.
If you want one with a 4A-GE, it'll no doubt cost more than your budget.

i knew there are a good 86 but it is too expansive for me, thats the meaning why i prefer a 4A 86.

buddy in the world of hachi rokus or sprinter or 86 etc etc...
getting you dream sprinter starts off as a nightmare...
