i was watching highway patrol earlier and there was this dude who got stoped for speeding and had his alcohol test brought back to the station. Was he driving a white sprinter?? the rear looked like one. it was the guy that was holding skateboard

I was amused at this episode.
Did you see the guy that did 130 in a 50 zone and only got fined 300NZD?
Or the chick that had racked up over 100 demerit points? And they still let her drive home?!?!?!
