correct.

it piggybacks off your factory ECU to allow you to externally alter air flow ratio/fuel mixture to run leaner or richer.

it also is great for correcting those bad pressure backflows / losses you get with a hotwire AFM and an atmo BOV.

features and abilities? zilch. theyre literally identical.

safc I is a flourescent blue screen that looks identical to the AVC-R with the button controls.. just it says S-AFC instead of AVC-R obviously. the safc II is a round dial on it, slightly thinner and uglier in my opinion. but each to their own..

I'm guessing that you had this running on a 7M-GTE?
What changes did you make on the S-AFC in relation to your engine?
And what is you reaon for sale?

safc 2 has more tuning points i think 2 or 3 points more than safc 1, plus the knock sensor otherwise they are the same i believe

minor changes to air flow correction to fix the problem i had with loss of pressure on BOV expunging early. i changed bov later to the bosch anyway so this wasnt really neccessary. i reset this anyway after the bosch upgrade and havent really used to it adjust the fuel maps. merely a gauge for other things.

reason for sale is i sold the supra it was plugged into and wasnt willing to let it go for the price it went with the wheels and the s-afc in it. so i took them off. i was going to put this on my SW20, but its going to make bugger all difference performancewise, so id rather put the money to saving for a PowerFC..
