Removing rust

I have a '71 Celica and have just recently pulled it off the road for restoration only to find serious rust in the floor, so much so that I can see the ground. It all seems to be under the drivers side and the passenger side.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this is fixable or should I just look for a new shell?

The floor will be easy enough to fix, but check out how bad the rest of the car is and make a decision. If there's rust in the floor pan there's bound to be plenty more in it somewhere!

Fi its in the floor, good chance its also in the front corners of the sills.
Floor should be easy to fix... the sills will be difficult.

Thank you all for your info. I am in the process of checking the rest of the car. Have just pulled out all the interior. And currently seems to be contained to the front. I know there is rust around the front windscreen. I want to take the windscreen out. Is this then treatable as well?

M.W.P- I see your an Adelaidian. As least I think you are because of the photos. Do you know what the Regency requirments are? Or where I can get them? And also do you know of any good places to get parts for the Celicas? Or anyone else for that matter.
