If you mean the two bits that clamp down on the radiator, then i've got them. Can't help you with the bonnet latch though.
$20 including postage sound OK?

This panel is still avaliable as a new part from Toyota, last 1 we bought was $130ish, be careful when you drill out the spot welds as there are always more than you think! The bonnet release mechanism I have if you need it but I believe that the KE70 is the same.
