EOI - 1GGTE Mines ECU

I have in my possesion a Mines enhanced gen 3 1GGTE ECU. I paid around the $450 dollar mark for it and am just curious if people are prepared to offer around a similar mark.
My current setup is a stock standard 1G with blitz turbos and a large FMIC. Last dyno with factory management was 140rwkw. Previous dyno to that with the Mines Ecu was 164rwkw. So in my experience it's good for another 20kw.

Can this only be used on a gen3?

As far as I'm aware it can only be used on a GEN 3.
