Tough question, that one.

I've never seen one but I reckon they'd be of the same design as the 18RG ones.
Is it a squarish 3 pin box or a round 4 pin box?

The hardest thing will be to match up the internals, if it is a three pin square box then you'll find something that fits no worries.

The internals have numers written on them, as does the outside casing I think. The outside casing is a rough number, the internals have the actual number written on them.
This number is the throttle degree reading that the TPS gives out.
These differ from one engine to another.

Here the two that I've looked at:

5ME: 60 degrees (on casing), 58.5 (on internals)
18RGEU: 20 degrees (on casing), 18.5 (on internals)

They all have 8mm shafts.

These degree numbers are the movement intervals at which the TPS signal changes for accelleration.

I don't know if that will help you, but it might.

Get someone with a 3TGTE to check what degree number is written on theirs and see if you can find one with the same number on some other throttle body.

Are u after a switch style, or variable style for aftermarket ecu? 5ME for example is switch style. No good for aftermarket ecu.
