Where to go to get tyres stretched onto rims???

Bought some MA61 rims for the Sprinter and the rubber on them is way to fat to fit under the guards (235x65x14 and 225x65x14).
So does anyone know any places around Sydney that will put smaller tyres on the rims for me, but I wan't to get like 185s or smaller or something around that size and get it stretched onto the rims?the rims are 14x7
What would be the smallest size tyre that I would be able to fit on the rims?
I know that your not supposed to stretch the tyres on there, but has anyone else done it and had anything bad happen?
Thanks heaps for any info.
Cheers.

Ive fitted 195's and 205's on them with no major dramas - the 205's are on the supra atm , the 195's were test runs for when i had my ta22
id be trying to get the widest possible not the smallest possible - unless your going for the hektic dori look

D'oh, another set of MA61 rims to be abused.

you'll get a similar effect to having high profile tyres (squirming) with the added benefit of rolling the beads off the rim. Fully hektic rim edge corner traction.

185s onto a 7" rim is an easy fit. Any tyre place should be able to do it.
