Thats low compared to what a lot of those motors get on them ie. 200-300,000ks. Id call it very reasonable mileage.

Sorry to butt in Mr. Kelway, but what are these like inside space wise? Would a 6 foot tall bloke fit in without too much hassle?

I'm 6'4". I fit... just. I can drive the auto no problems. But if its a manual, then I've gotta have a smaller aftermarket steering wheel, because with the stock steering wheel, my knee hits the wheel when using the clutch. And it makes things quite awkward.
