hey people just thought i would post some pics of the new corolla that has just moved in at my house. It is a yellow 1979 ke55 cs hardtop. it is standard and its auto.sorry about the dodgy photos i will get more on Saturday.

it also goes alright for a POS auto, na only jokin, i cant remember what we did for the quarter about 21-22 seconds i think, didnt make it to 100kmh (hahaha), but that was with 3 people a dog and five litres of oil. will be good with the five speed.

na its not broke bit of a tail wind... no not realy we had it out today and it was a bit out when we put it back in but shes all fixed now. any word or pics of the carbon fiber dash.

Car looks great dude, as for the wheels, go the Spitfires... 14x7 ones, they'd look freakin' sweet.

Just one thing to remember abut 13" wheels, Wide 13" tires are very hard to get these days and are very expensive, I priced 205x60x13 the cheapest in town I could get was $120 and that was ringing all the tire places and quoting the others best price to drive them all down on price.
At the moment Bob Jane has 195x50x15 at $99 each, so the 15" wheels will be cheaper in the future for tires than the 13".
you may as well spend the extra few $ now and save heaps later as the 13" will get even harder to get.

regarding 205's being 120 bucks compared to 99!

yes 13's are almost a specialised thing now in respects to buying wide 13's. but you will always be able to buy them, and decent 15" tyres are going to be more than 99 if you want anything decent.

hey guys just a quick bump and a pic of its new shoes 13x6.5 spitfires with 185x65 firestone firehawks on the front and some shity hancook 205x60s on the back but it will have new 205x60s all round within the next couple of weeks.

its manual and it does second gear skids Very Happy , it drifts Very Happy and does better skids than a t18 Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy and im happy with teh results

yeah looks like it is coming along pretty good, i suggest that a 4age would go nicely in there.

yeah may be, gonna weld this one first, see how long it lasts, i still haven't really drove the car yet, it didn't have any brakes so to be safe only went 60, mph tho.
yeah 2tg will be good, whats the suspension like, brakes like.
you will have to bring her out to the plains some time, get tom to bring the datto well do a handicap race, ill go first.

yeah its all standerd but i am after some ke70 struts and brakes to chuck in it and i will put another sway bar in it then maybe another leaf under the rear yeah i wouldn't mind goin out the plains for a quick burn but i gotta get my liscense yet so...
