tapping noise on 7afe motor

2001 corolla sportivo with 7AFE turbo motor,
has got a tappy noise on the head. Sounds like tappets or some kinda of valve?
not to loud yet. Drives fine. Starts fine.
is it easy fix?

10/40. That should be fine right? Are the head tappets or whatever they are called adjustable on a corolla or do I have to do the head again?

what does "do the head" mean?
how many miles/kilometers since then?

Describe the tapping noise more, is it when the car's idling, or accelerating under load or what?

just a tapping noise coming from the head. Not that loud. hardly noticeable. goes faster as you accelerate. almost sounds like injectors.
