its a subwoofer crossover module. Lets you select between bypass, lowpass and highpass. I guess you can buy replacements if it ever burns out or buy upgrades so you never have to buy another subbie amp. Wink

If i had the spare cash this would be sold. The sub is 300watt rms. They are the best subbie on the market! If this isnt sold good luck with the sale dude. Awesome subs. Only coz i own one of course. lol
If you have it in about 2 weeks time ill take it off ya hands dude. Very Happy

Jet: its on ebay at the moment, by the things have been going it looks like i will still have it in 2 weeks. Been trying to sell it for ages. I dont know whats wrong with people.
