what exactly is a twist cap compared to a screw cap?

For e.g
20V are the twist (No thread it has an O-Ring to lock the cap in position. )
and the 16v are the screw type. (thread)
Nice bargain. 40 bucks is cheap.
Or you could pay $150 for one brand new

Ill have a look at my engine this avo, i think ive got the twist type. Ill take a few measurments and pics to compare against yours.
