The question came to me last night, and i've found the information.... so i thought i would share.
A01A - 3.916 ratio Open Centre
A01B - 3.916 ratio Torsen LSD
A02A - 4.083 ratio Open Centre
A02B - 4.083 ratio Torsen LSD

According to mkiv.co.nz:
Ring Gear Size : A (138mm), B (145mm)
Differential Ratio : 01 (4.083:1), 02 (3.769:1), 03 (3.267:1)
Differential Type : A (Std diff), B (Torsen LSD)
Ignore the ring gear size, that's quite clearly wrong. From what I've heard it's actually 8" for the A series and 8.75" for the B series, although I haven't been able to confirm.
Interestingly the ratios are different to what Witzl posted. I wonder which is correct?

Just to throw a spanner in the works, my dads Prado has an A02A or A01A (can't remember) and it has an "LSD OIL ONLY" sticker on the rear diff...
