HELP Please 4age flatspotting cutting out and running rich

Can anyone tell me what they think it might be coz i am baffled and i have already serviced the injectors off car and all hosing new leads and cap. could it be the fuel filter? fuel pump? i dont know why its running very rich either ???? comments appreciated.

Check the wire going to your O2 sensor and also check your TPS.
Fuel filter or pump problems are more likely to make it run lean - which could make it flatspot. O2 sensor has a fair bit to do with mixture.
