Hi all, i'm going to modify my existing shifter, to shorten the throw. Just wondering if anyone knows what type af metal the shifter is made of so i can buy the extra bit i need?

Dont shortshifters put more stress on the gearbox? Does the GT4 have a strong box, I dont know, just thought it might be something to consider.
