This is as sad as those dudes you see at the lights holding a sign that says:
WORK WONTED
Making glass moulds of derilict fibro houses could revolutionise the building industry or maybe not

Perhaps buy a book on fibre-glassing. I know some local libraries do have books about it too. Get an idea of what you're doing, what tools you need, make sure to have everything you need first hand. The next step is practise, practise, practise.
A good idea is also to read up about safety things when working with fibre-glass, it's nasty stuff. A lot of books tell you to cover your skin for a reason.

it also helps if you can scupt things (like moulds for fibre-glassing).
also, the chemicals in the resin and clean-up stuff are highly toxic - expect to die a an awful, poisoned death. Plus if you sand the stuff you'll probably also get some kind of lung-tissue fibrosis from the dus.
So, if the poisons dont get you, your lungs' inability to work will.
