Gday champ,
Getting a bit fired up, saying i've abused someone by saying one web address is a stretch to say the least..
To perhaps elaborate on my rushed message above - the sort of images you'll come up with on offset are alot better than trying to explain it with words, you've got me all wrong champ.
http://robrobinette.com/images/wheel_offset.gif
There be one of the results
I agree with you whole heartedly, you've gone somewhat on a tangent to a one word message! Thats what this forum is about, is helping people out, i've come here for help many a time, often for stupid questions, as i'm sure we all have!
Apologies for if i came across as otherwise, best of luck selling the wheels, sorry for the off topic!
Cheers!

bananaman
yeah im getting fired up
im beyond just frustrated at the attitude of your expected to know everything regardless of your knowlege
by the sounds of it you understand where ive came from and why ive posted the above and kudos for that
extra details does provide a greater pic of your intentions and in this case i retract a some of the allegations upon that basis
guess we have both just provided examples of what makes us human
and btw MR SECA
best of luck with the sale wof the wheels as well and FREE BUMP

I'd keep that message stored away for next time, i'm sure there are plenty of folk that need to be reminded of such things
If they aren't multi stud, whats going on with the second set of holes? If you measure them up, you might get more offers, because 4x100 is ae92 PCD isn't it?

i have seen the rims and the extra set of holes are only for show, or else i would have bought them for my brothers car.
these wheels are 4X114.3 only. hope that answers everyone's queries.

ta22 and ae86 should both be 4X114.3, so the wheels should go straight. please coorect me if im wrong, but im pretty sure.

+40 not really suited to ae86 and ta22 without spacers, but the fact theyre 7.5in wide compensates for this a little i guess..
Looking at the diagram i posted above:
http://robrobinette.com/images/wheel_offset.gif
You've got to worry about 2 things:
backspacing - if this measurement is too high, you'll find it will collect your suspension or your guards, particularly on the front - this increases with higher offset, ie more positive offset = closer to the suspension/guard.
But cosmetically - even if the wheel does fit within the guards, how well it lines up with the outside of the car, well thats another business....
I'd figure you'd be wasting your time on an ae86 without spacers, on a ta22 you might be close because of the width of the rim, but probably too wide anyway.
Correct me if i'm wrong lads, but noone else seemed to be jumping in. Simple answer to all of the above is to try one or two on the car before you make the purchase
ed: And to add some subjective commentary - i think they'd look gay on a ta22, but anyway

Corona Avante offset is +35, and you would not want rims any wider than 7" otherwise they would rub on the struts, also being an offset of +40 that is another 5mm closer to the struts.
Definitely would not fit I imagine.
If they would I would have bought them weeks ago, it is frustrating having money in the bank but only having a very limited selection mags to choose from for sale, that would fit my car.
They would also fit my bluebird but I cannot go wider than 7" because of insurance, sucks.
Awesome looking rims tho someone should buy these, good price!
