Well I'm lucky to get more than 350km to a full tank these days, that's with average driving, not really pushing hard. Stock boost too. Costs me around $70 per week just for normal day to day getting around. I think that works out to around 18L/100km!!

Some people report around 550kms to a tank, dunno how they do it Smile

christ! Shocked 18L/100km

i belive the factory quotes 10L/100km city driving and 7L/100km freeway, or something around that.

personally i get about 10L/100km freeway and about 13L/100km city driving. thats with totally stock motor! average sorta driving.

Ok,
So i'm not the only one, thought there might be something wrong but I guess they just use a fair bit.
I'm prolly getting around 12/13L to 100km, and thats mostly highway. But when on the highway im sitting on around 3000rpm anyway.

12/13L city with the occasional squirt at 15psi on group A (gen3 3sgte). The other one does around 14/15L city, running 12psi, average driving, pretty stock (gen 2). When the fuel gauge was stuffed I got 534km city, i was completely empty [on my driveway fortunately Smile]

Any suggestions on what could be wrong with mine?
I think the 02 sensor is ok, as my apexi turbo timer has an 02 sensor reading thingy, and it is constantly changing, like more than once per second. I think a good 02 sensor should change readings roughly 8 times in 10 seconds?

Most likely a vacuum leak... or your turbo or cat are screwed and causing problems.

Hmm well I would have said turbo, but since that problem I had a month or so back, it's been absolutely perfect....Still astounds me how and why it stopped smoking, don't know exactly what was causing it!

So I should look out for vacuum leaks now...Once the car is warm, my boost guage reads 18-20 in/hg which I believe is normal, but when its cold it sometimes reads as low as 13-14.

Depends on your driving I guess. I had a Supra MK III in Germany. I would normally do about 12l/100 Km, but on long hauls (doing over 200Km/h all the time) it was up to something like 20-25l/100Km. Tank (72l) empty after less than 300Kms. But lots of fun (my record was 287 Km/h downhill. Not bad for a 7M engine).

Shit Shocked
i get on average about 600km a tank but i havent had a full tank for a few months now. And thats round town and up to brisbane mostly. I think its quite good on fuel for what it is. The best i've ever got was about 700km that was all highway driving. 18L/100km Shocked !! something not right...

im getting pretty shit fuel consumption too.
I get about 14L/100km..city driving.

I think its time for a new high-flow cat and 3" Turbo back. Hopefully that helps a bit.

I also get around 600km to a tank, with combination of driving (mostly highway, but i don't accelerate like a grandma) best i have gotten was around 750km from the tank (not entirely empty either) all highway, dubbo to melbourne

thats with a full 3" zaust, a K&N panel filter (every bit helps??) and 10 psi boost, tho i hardly ever use the full 10 psi

When i first bought the car and bringing it back from sydney, i was getting around 600km to teh tank, and it had a hole in it.

I havn't taken it on a long cruise run since. I'll take it down to sydney again next year to find out.
