today when I was doing a 3 point turn and was dry steering I noticed the power steering was rather loud, a high pitch whine with a bit of a small rattle in it and could feel the hum though the clutch. Anyone else witnessed this with there gt4's?
is this a sign of the power steering motor failing?

any whinning or exesive noise usually points to low fluid or worse
also check for leaks around hose joint and the condition of the actual hoses while your at it as it may save you time later down the track.
