I have a 4K with a low km reconditioned head and reconditioned carbie FS. Also a reco'd 2 speed Toyoglide.
Nice to sell as unit but will separate trannie. Offers.

ive heard way 2 many poeple ask that.
once uve drivin a corolla witha toyoglide ull never get bak in it.
they are 2spd autos. 1st is very slow and 2nd is slow.
ive had my recon toyo sittin in the dirt for months now.
but 4Ks are theeeeeeeee bomb
take lotsa punishment and just keep givin.

LOL as previous, just the stock Toyota 2 speed auto. No idea how tough it is but not very i suspect. I was actually surprised how well it worked with the 4K but certainly not a peformance enhancer...more a comfortable cruiser.
The engine is sweet and a good buy as a 3K upgrade or the basis for some mods.
The tranny will suit the restorer or period enthusiast.
I just want these gone so make an offer.

4K with 2 spd is remarbly comfortable in a KE10/20..
i swapped a 4K into my sisters KE10 with original 2 speed, and it was much happier than with the 1100
