Hey guys i just bought ae86 half-cut today for 2200, we agreed to few things that he didnt stick to and lie about, plus me young stupidy fell in.

We agreed 2200 for 4age halfcut, only thing good on car is engine bay, rest is either broken or gone.

Here is few things he didnt stick to.
I asked him to least keep one good light on the car, he didnt.

He said he just wanted to take dash out, he didnt he took everything out.
He also wanted to take brake booster, i said no!, might neeed it. I want actual halfcut to take home, thats whole point in buying one.

He said the car did 65,000 kms only, i didnt bother looking since this is very trusted guy and payed him and said i want to pick it up today, he said i couldnt, i need to take dash out, "i replied doesnt take that long ", but he refused, i knew he was up to something after that, he could of changed gearbox aswell to one that is not working over those two days after i paid for it, who knows.

This is when i went to pick it up realising he guted the plastics out of the car and brake lines.

I arrived at his workshop, having look at the halfcut and looking at it and he took everything out, I said i told him i wanted to keep the dash and some plastics because when i put the new engine in i will have those kms on the dash instead of old one.
He then told me he sold it that very day, what was lie, i was looking around and saw bunch of plastics in a box what were from the halfcut and there it sits the dash, I said thought you sold it, he said no, someone has already bought it,I look at kms with 156,000 kms on the clock, i asked him you told me it was only 65,000kms he didnt say anything,changing subject to another thing, because when he said he sold the speedo, i said cant i least have a jdm one for jdm engine, so he grabs another out of the box what has least 5 other ae86 speedos, so why would he need to sell that one hey ? if he has so maney anyway ??,plus the the one he was going to sell had broken plastic face.

He also left brake line in the car lying down, he said oh thats not for it and took it out, i didnt say anything, i knew it was for it since i had to buy news ones for mine and they do cost bit to get made up.

He then wouldnt give me reciept or waranty, i asked him can i have reciept, he said well you dont want to pay tax on that do you ??, (i didnt reply saying well why not mark it up to how much would it cost with tax in the first place hey ?). after that i asked well what happens if gear box is screwed, can i get another one, he didnt reply just changed the topic again.

Realy thought this guy was legit since alot of ae86 mates go there here in perth. I did only pay 2000 for the engine, i still had 200 to pay, on monday, what i didnt, i just left with engine on the back of my car extremely pissed off and left

Now should i mention who this guy is in Perth and ruin his business for him hey ???????? i just might if i find anything else wrong with engine when its in the car, or you people can pm and ask.
Aswell said he paid 1900 for it in japan, what bullsh#t, hes runnning business, only means making 300 bucks on it.
