7afe Metal Head GASKET on a 4AGZE ? Tue, 18 October 2005 11:01
The 7afe uses a 2 layer Metal head gasket as STD .from what i can see compared to a 4agze head gasket is that there is a few less holes in the gasket for coolant to flow .and the reason is to get the coolant to flow around the intake side of the head first on a 7afe to improve knock resistance ,
i was considering using a 7afe metal head gasket on a 4agze . And was wondering if any one has used one of these metal gaskets on a GZE and did they fit it with out modifying the coolant holes in the gasket ?
thanks Cam
