i need a custom bonnet made up for a ta22...something like a ra23 with the big bulge in it would be great as i need about 1 inch higher clearance at the front of the car, cant really put a bonnet scoop there that would destroy the whole look im going for
does anybody know of any ? have any for sale ?...maybe some people are interested in group buy of custom fibreglass ones if i make a design and go get a quote ?
if i go as far as designing one it wont have the long vents in the bonnet but something more functional like the grills on the gt4 celicas or old xy fords
I think the yankies got an RA22 which had the 20R engine in it. By memory it had a bulge in the bonnet like the RA23-28's do. Have a hunt around the net. You might be able to get one of these bonnets from somewhere that imports cheap panels from Japan.
