MX83 Suspension Problem - Please Help

Hey Guys,
I'm getting this really annoying "Click" sound coming
from the front end of my MX83.
Its done 183,000kms and the car drives fine, its just that
whenever you cycle the front left suspension upward,
ie driving one wheel up a driveway or something,
it makes this dull click.
Same thing happens if you hit a big bump with that wheel
or hit brakes hard.
Has anyone else had this problem??
I thought I read a topic that another MX83 owner raised
about the same isue a few months back, but I can't find it.
How can I fix this? it is most annyoing.
I want to lower it anyway, so if new struts are the fix,
then this is OK.
Cheers,
Bart

Could be a number of things, but lower ball joints are the first place I'd be looking.

I had a really annoying knocking sound in the right side. It turns out that when I replaced the struts, the big nut(?) that holds the replacement strut came loose because I did not use Lock Tight on it.
Hope that makes sense!

Hi guys,
This issue has been sorted.
It turns out that the front left castor bush that was on
its way out. Got it replaced, which cost around $140 and
now the clicking/clunking sound is gone! IT handles alot
better too now, much more predictable.
Now that the left bush has been sorted, I can hear a very minor
sound coming from the right. So I think this one will need to
be replaced soon too, but I think it will last another couple of
months easily before it gets bad.
Thanks everyone for your help.
Cheers,
Bart
