I remember seeing in a mag a falcon ute with twin sc14... I reckon 2 on a 308 would be awesome.

it's all about volume and rpm.

SC14 = 1.4L per rev

308=5L?? = 2.5L per rev

almost need to be spinning 2:1 to even get zero boost...
say you spin SC14 to 12000rpm (a bit high)
thats 12000x1.4 = 16800L/min
16800/2.5 = 6720rpm max... with no boost.

with 0.5bar.. 16800/ (2.5x1.5) = approx 4500 rpm for 7psi...

you kinda run out of revs on the SC to keep up..

why not use an Eaton M90??

As was proved above (oldcorollas), one would be pointless, two would probably work but simmilarly you would be a good chance of cooking the teflon off the lobes at high rpm because you will be on the threshold of over-spinning it to get decent boost.

I have heard of a good twin sc14 on an ol red 208. (never seen it tho, twas just a legend - woulda been a bitch to plumb efficiently i reckon with a straight six)
