i have decided not too because i just can't bear to see it go no matter what it costs me, so a 2JZGE convo is on the way
just thought id reafirm my allegiance to the MA61 clan
i saw the supra today through the rear view mirror of another car, and damn, i have to say it, but i was damn proud to own such a sexy car, i had a good stare, i love her
i love my supra

Speaking of black interiors .... well, you were a couple of months ago!
Anyone have any top of dash air vents in reasonable nick. Preferable black - but will consider any colour. Could maybe swap for parts.

You know its illegal to have 2 fixed back bucket seats in a 2 door 4 seater?
At least one must be pivot back so ppl in the rear can get out in an emergency

I'm with CrUZsida, if you plan to just have fixed seats, just get it reregistered as a 2-seater when you put them in.

1983 Group A MA61, ex Hughes of Beaconsfield/TTGB, Williamson, Selig etc. Now white, was orange, was black and white, was white and red. Also Aust 1984 MA61 parts car, blue, too good to wreck but it is all going to a good home, not that there is much I can use except the body panels and the trailing arms. Supra in name only, rose jointed custom lightweight suspension, full race 5MGE, W50 box with Quaife straight cut internals, TRD LSD, AP Racing brakes, 16" custom Simmons, etc. Why would you put a W50 box into a Supra???? Who knows, but that is what they did.
If you guys don't like the rear spoiler, is there any interest in the US spec twin element wing for the MA61? I am getting my spoiler (it was homologated for Group A in 1985) copied in case I need to replace it one day. Original is ABS but the copies would be fibreglass. If there is enough interest I can see how much extra ones would be. They are a complex 3 piece moulding so they won't be $100. They would be made up on the Sunshine Coast. Any interest????
