ive got a 4agte it was cracked on the intake manifold and was free reving on start up, i took it off got it welded up put it back on and now it wont idle at all, it starts and dies straight away, it has a autronics computer, i need to get it fixed as i want to race at heathcote on sunday. if it does start sometimes once u try to accelrate it dies it doesnt rev at all.

Vacuum leak ? Like the manifold to head isn't sealing properly.

Maybe the ECU was tuned somehow with the crack there and everything is all up the shit?

Who knows.

Have you checked everything else you had to remove to get to the manifold. Elecs to fuel. ISCV, FPR?
