bit to far for me to travel, can you get it there and say, give awd there own damn class. theres enough cars for a 16 car qualifying field.

I was going to suggest the same thing.
I have emailed Ray Box and he is going to bring up the possiblity of weight breaks segregation in 6 cylinder Sport RWD. I have a test at uni the next morning so I can't make it

It is currently Sport RWD/AWD and it is pretty easy to see that the AWD's have a good advantage over the RWD's on street tyres. So as long as there is a 16 car field for RWD's and AWD's then they could seperate the classes. And that would also give some slower guys a chance of racing fast guys. The cut off for Jamboree was in the 11's IIRC which is quick on street tyres in anyones language.
Doesn't change my situation though unless they segregate the 6 cylinder weight breaks. Otherwise, I have to put on 130kg

maybe they should do what they do in supercharged outlaws
32 car field {16 for sport compact tho}
16 open wheel and 16 full bodied cars
open wheel consist of altereds and funnt car ect ect
and full bodied is like doorslammers ect
maybe they should have 8 AWD and 8 RWD, make the cut off a 12.99 for RWD and 11.99 for AWD or somthing similar

First post: that sounds like a decent idea re the split fields.
2nd post: I mean say less than 3L minimum weight 2700lbs or so and greater than 3L min weight 3100lbs. Just an example buy you know what I mean. At present someone like me who runs a 2.5L which is less effective capacity than a 13b must weigh 3100lbs whereas the rotary can weigh 2300lbs. Ray Box reckons that it doesn’t matter that much as the 2.6L are setting the records anyway. However, I am thinking of the other end of the scale that doesn’t have $100000 to spend on their cars and have full sponsorship as well
If you are going tonight, can you PLEASE bring up this point!

sport rwd is currently run as sport rwd/awd.
there were 98 entries in this class, the biggest of any class,
there are enough awd cars to have ther own field and there are enough rwd cars the have there own field.
suggestion is to split awd into its own category.
