here's the deal, i bought a gze from malaysia 4 me 86, fel off the back of the ute as i was bringing it home,(long story my dad's fault) and cracked the ignition system, and cam gears on impact, so i'm guessing the rest of the head is screwed. Being a small port gze i red i can use my small port 100kw head currently in my 86.
The question is will it run the same as the gze original or will there need to be mods or specific re-tuning to be completed to the head so it will work?
also is it possible to run a dizzy setup instead of the coil packs (think thats what their called) currently smashed on the gze? reason i ask is cause i wanna save $$$ as i have a 4age setup in 86 at da mo.
My 4age currently runs off an ems stinger, mixed opinions so far about retaining it 4 the gze or just using a standard gze ecu. any suggestions? it also has a 175mm pulley and F.C.P piece.
any help would be great

Cant you just grab a crank angle sensor and some coils?
AFIK it wouldnt work without the CAS because the ecu uses that for injector timing too.
